Registered Associate Nutritionist · CSCS · NHS DPP Coach

Evidence over willpower.

1:1 nutrition & strength coaching for fat loss, diabetes prevention and performance, from a coach who works inside the NHS and has guided 3,000+ people since 2016.

Most diets fail because they are built on motivation, a resource that runs out. I build systems on evidence, engineered for the days you don't feel like it. Measure honestly. Change one variable at a time. Keep what works. That is how health compounds.

About

From shipping codeto changing lives.

I spent eight years as a senior software engineer before retraining in nutrition, and I never really stopped being an engineer. I treat your health like a system: measure honestly, change one variable at a time, keep what the data says is working.

Today I hold an MSc in Human Nutrition, awarded with Distinction, I'm a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and an NSCA-Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and I coach on the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, where I help people reverse the slide toward type 2 diabetes through food, movement and habit change.

I specialise in plant-based nutrition done rigorously: protein quality, blood sugar, lipids: the details most advice glosses over. Off the clock I build health-tech tools (including OptVeg, a plant-based food-swap engine), read constantly, lift, write poetry and study Vedanta, which shapes how I coach: control the inputs, release attachment to overnight results, let consistency do the heavy lifting.
