This policy explains how OptVeg Ltd, trading as Train With Varun ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit trainwithvarun.com, make an enquiry, or book a session. We are the data controller for that information.

The data we collect
When you book or enquire. Through our booking provider (Cal.com) and by email, we collect your name, email address, the session you have chosen, scheduling details, and anything you choose to tell us about your goals, lifestyle or health.
Health information. Coaching often involves you sharing health-related details (for example blood test results, medical conditions or medication). This is "special category" data under data protection law. We only process it to provide the coaching you have asked for, on the basis of your explicit consent. Please share only what is relevant — you are never obliged to disclose more than you wish.
When you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction information.
When you browse. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running. Loading our fonts (Google Fonts) and animation library (Cloudflare's cdnjs) also involves your browser contacting those providers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, acting as our processors or as controllers in their own right:
- Cal.com — scheduling and booking
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Google Fonts — serving the site's fonts
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records are kept for six years). Health information is kept only as long as necessary for your coaching and is then securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The third-party services above may set their own cookies when you interact with them (for example, Stripe during checkout). If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email hello@trainwithvarun.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
